I have. If I were to win I would want mine from target.com They are having issues with their e cards right now but hopefully it will be up this week. You would go to the gift card area of the website and then pick to send an e card. Enter the amount you want to send and then put in the info, pay, and then your done. Nothing to them really and it will save you having to mail one.
