Brand New Black "Waist Cinching Corset" ((No, it IS NOT a real corset. This is for costume use ONLY.)) Bought it for a Halloween costume but ended up not even wearing it. It's stretchy spandex-ish material in the back & faux leather-ish material in front with loop holes and a black string. You can put a different string (or pretty ribbon) through the holes to dress it up, if ya want.

It is 13 inches across (laying flat & how I have it tied.) U can adjust the strings however loose/tight u may need them. Plus on the back there is a very stretchy spandex/elastic-like fabric that measures 14 in across. Hope this helps.....
