The listing, Vintage Silver-plate Navy Dish has ended.

This listing is for a small silver plate dish/ash tray. The inscription around the edge reads:

"USS Banger CVA-61" - "1958" - Valpariso Chile"
I'm not quite sure what it is, but it's very nice. The plate is in excellent vintage condition. The center of the dish depicts a deer and an eagle on either side of a shield.
If anyone knows what it is, please share.
