It is not available for new users until you've had the needed amount of sales, etc. But, when it is available for you to use, on your 'list an item' page towards the bottom left side (under the Auto Re-list option, there is 'show advanced options'. Click on that and the list will drop down, and between your start-bid amount and how many days you want to run your auction there is a small box next to 'Get it now'. You would put a check mark in that box and add your GIN amount. Then, when you submit your listing, it will appear at the top like this one. Hope that helps... :~} D
