I'm 69 and don't know much about this stuff i really like kindle and make sure I keep one of each but my son got his wife one and she really loves it . so I would like to try this one but really don't want to go to high with that said 250k do you think it will go higher than that?

Id like to see a photo of the machine turned on, but past the slide to unlock screen. If you did a factory reset, it should have the default apps and what not on the screen (Im assuming it would be similar to when I have done a factory default on my iphone and ipod). thanks

My friend has one and said after you reset the iPad one back that you can no longer put apps back on them. His wouldn't even put Facebook app said it needed to be updated first then when he went to update it it says it's up to date.because they are not allowing updates for the first ipad. If you can show me a screen shot of you your update software. I would love to bid high and get this. If not it's useless

Sorry I did a factory reset so I can get all my data off on this ipad so it can be clean for the winner to use. I am not going to do the registration on this ipad to test to see if the apps will work because I know it does because I just used facebook and other apps right before I did a factory reset. If there is an issue with the first ipad with not allowing updates, I would think that should be a real big issue with apple and you will probably find it all over the internet. I have not seen anything you have mentioned. Thx for commenting!

I don't own an iPad, yet lol, but I'm pretty sure that you should be able to update it to iOS 8. I have an old iPhone 4 that my daughter uses like a iPod to play her apps and watch Netflix on and i was able to update the 4 to iOS 8. And I know the iPhone 4 is older than the iPad 1 so idk how

You can't update it, I have one myself you have to jailbreak it to make it look like I.OS 8 also iPhone doesn't have it either unless you jailbreak it

Hello there. I decided to stop by and comment to let you know that the iPad 1 can be upgraded at most to iOS 5.1.1. After you reset it, the iOS converted back to the one the factory put on it, maybe iOS 4 or something, but the iPad 1 can be upgraded to iOS 5.1.1. Just wanted to let you know. :)

It comes with the usb cable to you can charge it to your computer. I do not have the wall plug charger. You can get facebook and all apps that is on the apple store. thx!
