Hi there! Premium listing costs c. 700 credits -- it's good to use on auctions where you will (hopefully!) get a high winning bid. I'm not sure how many badges you need to have, before you can use that option. If you're not there yet, though, you can also request that they put it as a Featured Auction, which is free.
