some pieces are like new some have been worn but i dont believe that any of them have stains or tears I tried to set the "overly used" items aside to donate everything that I list is worth listing my kids like to wear things once or twice and then never again so I always have almost new stuff that they havnt touched not to mention they grow like weeds! these are very nice clothes and have an extreme amount of use left in them HAPPY BIDDING!
