Made of 100% cotton, Size 7, about 22" around waist, stretches some with elastic around waist and leg holes.... you get all three pairs, one solid white, one solid pink, one white with pink spots.

Brand new, I bought these at a clearance sale, they just said 'Girls Size 7 Panties' and I assumed they were for little girls. Got home, opened one pair (the white ones on top) and found them to be way too big for my lil' girl! These are more of a junior/ misses/ women's size 7.
