I'm confused u didn't explain this well, you said how much you get depends on the bid but never set the tiers. So I don't know if 1000 points gets me one sample or 100 samples... Could u explain?

no there are not any set tiers because some samples are better than others so you may get more samples but theyd be bigger and/or bigger than something else
