inmate37 i do not have one but i know how they work... they function almost exactly like the sync button found on xbox 360s meaning if you have a wireless xbox 360 (unsure about xbox 1) controller then you will be able to pair it with any desktop/laptop that has a usb port... i am unsure about other game systems though i think we can assume no on that factor
Ty you very much I was think that it work like a wireless that better then the Internet cord my gf son has a Xbox360 one of the frist ins they came out with we use the internet core now but I would like to run wierdless you no
well this lets u connect ur wireless xbox controller to a computer of any kind so long as it has a usb port to connect but to connect an xbox 360 then wat u need is a xbox wireless adapter... a wireless adapter adds wifi capability and compatibility to an older model xbox 360 such as an arcade, pro, or elite editions... the newer ones (360 slim and e) have built in wifi capability... all the xbox 360 wireless receiver does is allow you to connect a xbox wireless controller to a computer... and i kno how you feel about the original xbox 360 not being able to connect to wifi i had an elite until about a month and a half ago... i managed to find a slim edition for around $90 at a pawn shop
