Listing this as used. I bought it, but can't remember if it was new or not. However I haven't used it.

It is not in it's original package. I don't see any stains or holes in it. I bought it but it is too big for my guy who wears items around 20".

I measured this from where the collar would be to the where the top of the tail would be. It measures approx. 25" This is made from stretchy type material. Reason for the approx.
