Health Herald. This unit was made in China. I have another one & it works. I made the mistake of turning up the electrical pulse to 10 and about jumped out of my skin. I believe it goes up to 15. It's easy to operate. There's a button you push for everything to be in English. Really simple. The connector pads are ready to go. Just take the backings off, snap it on the machine connector & attach to the area you want to treat. ty!

I have one unit it cost 800 to get through my dr but it doesn't do the Acupuncture
it does however stop nerve pain including the siatic nerve so god bless someone that gets it that needs it
