This is a NEW,..Hat & Gloves set.....with the FACE of McQueen from "CARS" on the front.
The hat is red and yellow with Eyes on the front.
The Gloves are red with "LM" on them.
It is a OSFM.....but I would say for kids about 6-10 years old....because of the size.
Made in china of 100% Acrylic
