For the fitbit tracking that is not included. Like what is that for.

The tracking device is not included because I'm still using it (Fitbit gives you 1 Small and 1 Large wristband). I am using the fitbit device with the small wristband so that's why there's an available Large wristband up for grabs. This listing is best for people who already have a Fitbit device but want a large wristband :)
