This is an awesome EUC (worn once) costume called a twinkle witch in girls medium (my daughter was 7 but she is pretty tall) it is a long dress so it would fit approximately sizes 7- 10! The top is purple with green sequin laced look & black velvety owls all over! The bottom part is layered green and orange toil with solid orange under layer that blinks (twinkles)!! The auction is for the costume only but if winner likes I do have the matching hat but it's cut small so I cut little slits around the base to bobbypin it to her hair, they are not noticeable but I thought it should be winners choice!!!IF GIN IS USED I WILL ADD A FEW BONUSES!!
