jare452 I have ck the watches, they have no special markings on them, but silicone, they do stretch alittle but not much.I bought them through LTD. so to be honest, they could be knock offs. I'm not sure, I've never paid attention to that. just that they are really cute and confortable to wear. thanks for your question...Hope this helps alittle.
