The listing, panasonic palmcorder has ended.
Really nice panasonic palmcorder video camera up for auction. Comes with 2 rechargeable batteries, battery charger, and samsonite camera case. This is NOT a digital camera - it uses hi-8 video tapes. I rarely used it, and now have upgraded to digital. The model number is: pv-l352d. I will split the shipping cost with the winner. Any questions? Please ask. Thanks!!
Questions & Comments
If it goes over 1000 points, would you do free shipping?
Well I guess I helped to get alot more credits! Just bid all I could, I have one like this one I love it! Was trying to win it for my sister-N-law, she uses mine all the time, thought it would make a nice gift for her! To bad:(
I wish so badly that I had enough credits for this. I've wanted a camcorder so long so I can video tape my kids and send it to family that lives out of state. Wish I would have seen this days ago so I could have built up some credits. Great auction though!
I'm also wondering if you can transfer video to the computer. And can you plug the camera into the tv to display the vidoe on tv? I know you said it is not digital....but I'm not sure exactly what that excludes as far as functionality!
I don't think there is a way to hook it to a t.v. I am looking for the owners manual to be sure. I never used it that way, I just bought one of those vhs adapters and watched the tapes in my vcr.
those are alittle heavy with the case and cords and everything. Do u think its going to fit in a flat rate box? I sure hope so. I have plenty of credits and plan to bid towards the end. I got a cheap camcorder off of here for my husband a few days ago but I want this one for myself. I do have a ?. I know it uses the tapes to record on but is there any way to transfer the video to the computer, like with a memory card? Im going to bid, just need u to fully explain EVERYTHING to me if I win or I will never figure it out. Im illiterat when it comes to things like this, lol.
It will fit in a medium flat rate box. It is less than 70 lbs, so it will go for $10.70. I checked it out before I posted it. As far as transferring to the computer? It doesn't have a memory card. It is an older model, but works perfectly. I never tried to transfer to computer, but with the technology out there now, it might be possible.
what are hi-8 tapes and where would I buy them if I win? I love this camcorder. My husband wants one for his bday on April 5th. I hope I win. How old is this camcorder?
You can buy the tapes anywhere. Walmart, target, even some grocery stores. They are very common, and don't cost much. They are sold in the same section as the blank cd's and vhs tapes. I bought this new when my son was in the Marine corps to film his graduation from boot camp. That was in 2004. I have only used it a few times. it looks brand new.
