Description

The listing, Oak Tree Acorns has ended.

Winning bid will get 5 acorns, instructions of how to plant are below. I have several of these majestic beautiful trees that not only provide shade but a wonderful breeze. Some of my trees are over a hundred years, will be enjoyed by generations for sure. Happy bidding. I do ask for shipping with large seeds and plants due to the need of special packaging. I usually pay more than I request. God bless

I am an old Texas girl who now lives in Tennessee. We have a very great friend who lives in Pettus. His name is Mitch Pullin. Here in TN, we have all kinds of oak trees, but not like the ones in Texas! We use to have those 10's of years old oaks with the spreading giant branches on our property in Texas and I really do miss them so much! I hope I can win your auction and I would dearly love to live another hundred years just to see the acorns I hope to win here grow into one of those majestic oaks we both know and love. But, at least if I can plant some of those acorns here now, then perhaps my great-great-great-grandchildren will someday be able to climb up in those giant trees and swing happily on a swing hung high in their branches! Wish me luck, from one Texas girl to an old Texas woman who now lives in TN, far from the grand old spreading oaks of Texas!!! Thanks! FW&B

Well hello there, I'm new to pettus but I love this little town. I feel you deserve these acorns and yes it will be enjoyed by future generations but i think knowing the origin of the trees will make them even loved more. I love these trees they are so beautiful and I know there's a couple of them that I'm sure are over a hundred years old! I hope you do win ♡
