The listing, Antique plant mystery has ended.

PLANT mystery...This auction is for a live rooted plant,,cuttings from original plant well over 125 years old from an old share croppers country farm house my father n laws family lived in,,pretty much needs no attention.Likes more shade than sun for more of these blooms that nature created and time seen that genetics had no clue to tamper with. Will need a structure support . If you can guess what it is keep it to yourself some else might be enjoying the mystery..priority mail shippede inside US only. Will not do this often for this plant is special to the Wright family to keep it rare, no clones off this plant in over 30 years, when my wife was born,,,,yes I married Mis Wrigt,,
Alot of heirloom plants i read about are altered at some point . around 1860 something was first. time one was altered , Nice to have something nature has a full hand in and "man" just enjoys. So from our family to yours naturalistic enjoy. Doing a 10 day to let some peopls auctions end.I

The story your about to hear is fact and fiction,,my lie I shall tell it like I want to..there the legal matter taken care of , so no historical society can blah blah this and or that..
So ignore the spelling
There was this big was. brothers and fathers from all over where traveling to diffrent lands to serve..well McGehee had strong feelings for this Dilly chic that live round the bend and through the woods. Well he also felt the need to answer the call to arms but not before confessing his love for the Dilly filly .At this time people where not "loose" so they where married and off to war he goes,, He fought for 3 years. How lucky he was. He was givien leave for this was a ruff war and lots died. Apparantly he loved her to much before heading back for he left her with child. As it turned out 3 years she bore him 3 sons one for each leave. On his second trip home is when he seen something that cought his eyes, as lovely as his Dilly back home, He pulled it up and carried it to his beloved wife who planted and tendered it for years to come as gently as she and Mr McGhee tended there family that grew to 15 kids.. Nice happly long life they spent together.. OH the war.. that was just the civil war. and my wifes gr gr gr gr some odd great grandfather...True family history story,, Later they droped the e in McGehee to just McGhee . His name is registered in the N.C. infantry list .

The plant he pulled is parent to the one your bidding on.......odd I know but cool story. Is what I tell the wife everytime the family brings it up,, nice to have a little heritage..
