I do not know much about this phone but I know it works for T-mobile and it can be unlocked just haven't tested it on any other carrier..so it does take a simcard..I got this phone from China. So some of the apps are in a different language. You can Google the model. Charger not included. But the phone works great. Feel free to ask questions. Good Luck Bidding!

I used a AT&T simcard and it worked. So yes, it works for AT&T as well....
