I just now noticed on the pictures the blue heart looks like it has marks on it but it does not that is just the glare from my camera.

It's the heart interchangable? I have one of these I got from Kohls and it orignally came with 2 hearts, in different colors, so you could trade out and wear with more than just blue. Neat to see one on here. Good luck!
