These are the beads that are fused together with a piece of wax paper over them on the pattern board and then they are ironed.

Ooh, hope I get this one. But you should adjust your description for people who don't know, wax paper is a terrible thing to use for perlers. You should only use ironing paper or parchment paper. Wax paper will melt and stick to the beads badly.

I used wax paper for everything my daughter ever made but parchment paper works well from what I have been told.
