This auction is for 5 pieces of miniature or dollhouse furniture that is unfinished (no paint or stain). These items are unused and they come from a smoke-free but pet-friendly home (however I've found this not to be a problem since we insisted the dog stop playing with dolls). :) In my approximation they are:

** 1 hutch
** 2 chairs
** 1 round table
** 1 package of storage canisters (flour, sugar, tea)

Please, all Listia rules apply. I will ship within my seven days allowed by Listia but I will make every effort to do it before the 7th day and will definitely keep you informed along the way. You have seven days from the close of the auction to pay for shipping (PAYPAL ONLY PLEASE) as well as provide me with with your VERIFIED Listia address. I'm only able to offer free shipping on occasion... I don't like it either but not much I can do about it right now BUT I do combine shipping; so if you see something else of mine up for auction I encourage you to contact me. No buyer's remorse please AND as much as I really don't like doing it... if you fail to respond or pay for shipping within your 7 days, I will have to relist that auction and I will, indeed, keep your credits... so, please, to avoid that ugliness simply stay in contact!
