i wouldnt say thats the worst the card can be in mate, it looks to me like a 4 or 5 but not a really poor 3-1

I'm not a pro grader, but I would give this 3 out of 10. It has lots of damage, especially on the back.

yeah i see the back damage is the worse part i have alot of 5-6s around as the backs are pretty faded as they where given to me by a non collecter
