they do have a jack location for charging it also doubles as a headphone jack but I DO NOT have that cable, I powered these up to show operation in the photos, but these WILL NOT come with batteries they take three AAA each ! if you obtained the charging cable and installed rechargeable batteries then you would be fine, for now they are using regular AAA batteries.

Info for the winner, the belt clip has to be removed first to put the batteries in ! depress the tab above the belt clip slide the clip up to remove, then depress the tab on the back cover and lift, this was a little tricky at first until I figured it out, thought i would share the knowledge to save the winner the frustration !
