in the Plasma Blast/Megalo Cannon set, cards that are non-holo rare in English are actually uncommon in Japanese.
So, in this pack I'm selling, you usually get common and uncommon cards (some of which are rare in English). There's 1 in 2 chance of getting holo or better.
Ever since BW set, there's never been consistency in rarity of cards in different languages, for some reason.
However, if you look at older sets like Gym, Neo and Diamond&Pearl, the rarity of cards is the same in any language.
