never used these took out of package and as you can see in pictures the chord is still wrapped and coiled
my husband says they are girly chargers
they work when pluged into a working running car and you plug into your dead battery it takes a little longer 5-10 min the button turns green when charged
i got these brand new 20 dollars and took out of packaged never used them ........good luck happy bidding

yes this is meant to charge a car battery by puting in lighter jacks 1 in dead battery 1ac in running car and lights up green when ready ,,,,safer then cables
