This is a brand new Bead Landing silvertone grooved Bangle Bracelet for Euro Pandora or other large beads. It measures 2 3/4" in diameter and just over 1/4" wide. It is from Michaels craft store. It is designed to string beads and have them lay in the groove. If you use stretchy string you could switch out the strung beads and make it interchangeable.

I'm not sure what you mean, there's nothing to open. The bracelet isn't hinged and it isn't in a plastic bag. It is just on a hang card.
