If you live in a state or climate where it gets cold in the fall or winter, you need to dig these up each year during the fall. I live in illinois so i always dig up before the first frost.
These are quite expensive in the stores per bulb.

once you receive these... store in a DRY place in your basement in a cardboard box until spring.
