The listing, Four vintage Olympic pins has ended.
Still in the Olympics spirit? Have four different Olympics pins dating back to 2000. I don't have a digital camera so I can't show photos, but I did some online research and have links to what two of them look like. (1) NBC 6-color peacock over the 5 Olympic Rings; (2) Letters "USA" above the American Flag with "Sydney 2000" on the bottom; (3) http://collectolympicpins.blogspot.com/2010/02/2006-torino-usa-national-olympic.html (4) http://cgi.ebay.com/2000-OLYMPICS-TEAM-USA-NATIONS-BANK-PIN-%2F-BUTTON_W0QQitemZ200449560697QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ20100315?IMSfp=TL100315133005r7143
Questions & Comments
Did some more research because I really like the NBC pin: Why do some media pins bear the Olympic rings or a Games logo? Because the media corporation is also a sponsor. A prime example is NBC, which pays hundreds of millions of dollars for the rights to broadcast the Olympics.
