Well I called & I asked if it could be prepaid & I read the meid # to them first with B08 first then with 808 & he said that if it was B08 it wasn't able to be used as prepaid but if it was 808 it was. You could call if you want, I just thought I'd tell you what he told me.

That guy is dumb because I just used it as prepaid Verizon. I transferred my number to that phone from a different one.
