I would say small/medium. maybe for example mini beagle size, 8 plus pounds?

yes and no. if you live in a warmer climate, it will be perfect any time. it would be great to dress up in the home any other time. if no warm enough for winter climate around were you reside, no worries... there is some very cute warmer coats and outfits coming soon in a large variety of colors and sizes. it is one of my favorite past times dressing all sorts of animal friends. hope this helps. have a wonderful day and happy bidding.
