So just to make sure this DOES come with a charger right?
And when it says in the description without batteries I'm confused. So does this tablet take batteries or do you plug it in and charge it?
And do these tablets allow for app downloads such as Netflix? Or do they just take the game cartridges that you buy for these?
If you could answer this stuff for me that would be wonderful and hopefully I'll be able to get this for my daughter :)

yes it take 4 AA batteries (not included). and you'll have to buy games separately at major retail stores like Walmart, target etc or even eBay or amazon. Thanks for the question and good luck if you decide to bid.
