I will not lower the starting bid or GIN, so please do not ask me too. These are good quality and weigh almost 13 ounces all together-so it will cost over $3 just to ship.
There are:
11 face tattoos (some duplicates)
3 sets of 4 eye liner strips
5 small sheets of 5 tattoos (some duplicates)
10 packages of 2 sheets of tattoos-about 20 per package (some duplicates)
