Hi, can you tell me the colors of the stones and if they're are any markings inside the ring?

the stones are Red, Light Blue,Light Purple and Pink. there is markings inside the ring but i cant make out what it says. i just took a couple more pictures of it to give you a better look at the stones and the markings
