This is a NEW,..Hat & Gloves set....of "Froze`s Olaf".
The hat is light blue/white with "Olaf" on the front
The Gloves are light blue with white on the cuff.
It is a OSFM.....but I would say for kids about 4-8 years old....because of the size.
MADE IN CHINA of 82% Acrylic,16% polyester and 2% spandex.
