will add my photo of it after i clean it up some. the photo above is one i found offline that corresponds with the collectors info

to be quite honest, i found it on the ground. after taking it to a mustang collector here in town this is the info he gave me after some research on his part:
"The piece provided is part of a seat belt. These seat belts were after market products made by Scott Drake."
the peiece itself is about 1-1.5oz
