Wrong. And wrong. Listia rules protect the seller as well. If I were to claim I never got the item when you did in fact send it you can counter the claim and moderators will investigate. If there is tracking information they will side with you and you would keep the credits. If not, then you have no way to verify you sent it, and they would side with the bidder. Fraud is a hard thing to get away with on this site but, threats do you a great more deal of damage if a dispute is raised. It's best you don't continue to do so.
