Yes! Its scetchy cause the post office lost a package but I ended up re purchasing an item and sending it off for them. You can bid with confidence with me! I don't like being jerked over (like I was plenty of times on here) I wouldn't do it to noone else

Man, I wish this were a little smaller, as my daughter is dying for one, but only wears a 7 or 8 womens :(

Yes! It has super strong laces that can easily be removed if you wanted to wash or put a ribbon in. The laces it comes with are long so it can be as loose or as tight as you need it and it blends perfectly under clothes
