So cute fanned and watching, this actually is actually a baby size outfit (12-14 inch kid that are quite a bit smaller, I used to have one) not for a regular size (16 inch) cabbage patch kid, it will not fit them or if so it would be a very tight squeeze ( I never tried to put my babies outfit on one of my regular size kid). The cloth diaper and blanket was the dead give away

Yes, this is a 12 inch outfit, that came on the coleco babies in 1986.
