COMPLETE with box, game (works great), manual, and sleeve - only missing foam insert that goes in the bottom of the box.Game and label look great, manual is good with slight reading wear. Black sleeve is not marked Nintendo, but I believe it to be original to the game.
Box has wear. It is beat up on top flap - see photo 3, has wear on corners, but the cardboard part that would hang the game up in the store is intact and unpunched.
These old NES games are really hard to find in the box with the manuals!
