How is putting a price on things going to work this is an auction site not a price site!? What if someone bids 3100 how are you going to give them thier 100 points back If they can only get one item that's worth 3000?

you don't give the points back, they go towards being the 'winner' versus not winning. but sometimes people round up. like if you bid 6200 and someone bids you up to 5900, and it ends, they count it towards 6000. if you're close to the next tier i'll round up. but at 3100 credits, or 6006, or whatever, it counts as the main tier.

there are different credit pricing for the various items, but all of it is 'on the table' for bidding.

A lot of people do auctions this way. and no you don't give credits back. you only get what the amount of credits are at the end of the auction. Most auctions are set up as if the final ending bid is say 5200 than you get one item for 2000 and one for 3000 or 1 that is worth 5000. I have done several like this due to shipping being free.

free shipping defly alters things if you aren't 'rich'. last year i did all free shipping even on tiny items and spent way more than i got back in credits. now i try to balance ending credits with shipping costs.

thanks hon, individually they'd probably 'end' at the prices i listed, but even to ship one item costs $2.00 b/c of tracking, so I'd rather put a few items in that same container for the same price :) i don't mind if people complain, they can choose not to bid and that's a lot less drama all around :)
