Live Java Moss. Approximately a golf ball sized portion.

Very healthy. Excellent for any freshwater aquarium. (not for saltwater)

Medium to low light is all that's needed to keep it alive.

One neat way to utilize it in your aquarium, is to use fishing line and wrap part of the moss around a piece of driftwood or a rock. The moss will then grow as if it's a carpet on whatever object it was tied down to. Or just let it float around inside the aquarium.

Please do not ask for a GIN.

Java moss will be shipped in a zip lock bag with minimal water (so as to avoid possible leaking and to keep from having a hassle with the post office). It will arrive happy and healthy, though be prepared to place it in your aquarium the day you receive it.

I will be listing other portions of this Java Moss after this auction is completed as I need to thin my tank out a bit.

Questions & Comments

The moss that is shown on the paper towel is not the portion you will receive. The golf ball portion is MORE than what you see there. I just took a bit out to get a better picture of it.

Do baby turtle yellow bellied sliders like this in the tank with them? I just got them and I don't know what they like •~•

I know of a couple other people that bought this for specifically for their turtles. They love it apparently. But keep a piece out in a tank or bucket with water and a light source so you can grow your own.
