It's 100% polyester, and about 27 inches from the cap of the sleeve to the hemline. :)

Thanks!! I realized yesterday that you can't see that it's kind of crinkly, but not in that "get it wet and then twist it to dry" way. Hard to explain, but I think the winner will like it. It's one of the main reasons I bought it. :)
