Pretty neon pink, orange & green spots on a black background. Bandeau / strapless bra.
Not sure if its a bandeau, a bikini top, or if it went with another piece of clothing.
But it has No padding at all. No wires. No straps.
I bought this at a thrift shop years ago, and have worn it as a strapless bra and as a cute top under a sheer top.

As for the size, there are no inside tags. But it measures about 11 inches across - and stretches comfortably up to 17 inches across. Would possibly stretch a little more- but would be tight.
***I'd say bra size up to a 34 could wear it comfortably!! *** no more than a B cup.

There is No padding, and No lining.

This is used, but in good condition. No holes -tears or fades.
