Hot Pepper BBQ Chicken. 5-6 boneless Chicken Thighs 1/2 Cup Olive oil 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice 2 Ghost peppers ground up. Mix all ingredients in a Zip-Loc Baggie. Rotate top to bottom(flip bag) every half hour or so for 2-3 hrs. Place on Grill @ 400 deg. for about 12-15 min. No other seasonings and most of the pepper will fall off in the grill and leave an incredible flavor.
