What is the size of the binder- in inches please

At its longest part it is 42". It is meant to stretch tight though without cutting circulation. It helps with back support and pain. The longest point is meant to go around the hip. Thank you, Lynn

It is meant to be tight but not so as to cut off circulation. It measures 42" at its widest point which is at the top if worn correctly. Hope that helps. If you have other questions, I am happy to answer them. Thank you, Lynn
