The listing, Beautiful...Miniature oval shaped Box has ended.

I believe this box to be brass or brass plated. It has been very well preseerved , no visible tarnish, stamped on bottom "MAX FAXTOR Hollywood London Paris Made in America) with patent #. Originally the box seemed to have been a sample lipstick case. It is excellent condition.It has a hinged spring action piece inside ..Gorgeous piece!!! I think it came with a lipstick or a sample lipstick! It has a spring action compartment inside that would hold it in..Kind of cool!
