This is *1* New/Never used!!! It is so pretty and beautifully made! I am guessing they can fit a size range of b/t 6months-24 months..depending on the size of baby (I make large babies--so my almost 2 yr old at the time was too big for these) It is side snapping (pull-up style) with stretchy material on the sides. PUL outer layer and super soft inner lining with pocket opening for inserts :)
