I read that the survived in temperatures as low as 18 degrees but they prefer warmer weather. I will put up more info on them for you.

Brrrrr. Got cold just thinking about it. Well I'm not so sure they would thrive there. They are very resilient and they reseed so after you plant one you need not plant anymore because they multiply on their own. They are gorgeous bright colors. They are also called " the Mexican birds of paradise". Keep warm:). And wish you well. Thank you for checking out auction. Nice to chat with nice people like yourself.
